WHEN DOES THIS START? WHEN DO I GET ACCESS TO EVERYTHING?

As soon as you join! Everything is delivered digitally & you’ll get access to the app and the Facebook group immediately after joining. You’ll also get immediate access to the nutrition vault (with lifetime access!) HIGH FIVE!

WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT?

40 minutes! Seriously! You can do the workouts on demand. They are not live (because we’re nurses…lets be real!). You can check your app and complete your workouts whenever it fits into your schedule and find comfort knowing that the workout only takes 40 minutes or less!

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE WORKOUTS?

For the home version I recommend bands & one set of light dumbbells & one set of heavier dumbbells. Once you join, I’ll provide a link to order these if you need help.

For the gym version, you’ll need access to a commercial gym or a well-equipped home gym.

WHAT KIND OF WORKOUTS WILL I BE DOING?

Each workout will be broken down into three sections.

Section 1- warm up

Section 2 -WORK (this will consist of strength training and conditioning and will vary to help you shed fat & build muscle)

Section 3 – Cool down/stretch

I’VE TRIED DIETS BEFORE, HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT?

Fit Nurse Club has no diets in sight. Even if you opt for custom nutrition, you will never have to cut out any food that you love or “eat clean” and have “cheat days”. You’ll learn my signature E.A.T. Method, which will show you how to actually eat in a balanced way, feel energized, & thrive while without restricting any food.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Many nurses experience small wins within the first few weeks, BUT let’s keep it real here: sustainable, long-term results take time. Healing your relationship with food & letting go of food rules will take a while. Building muscle takes a while. Fit Nurse Club will help you build the foundation for a healthy relationship with food, exercise & your body, but it won’t happen overnight. After 90 days you’ll likely see visible changes in your body & start feeling comfortable & confident in your body.

YES! As a night shift nurse myself this is absolutely doable! Fit Nurse Club will work for you no matter which shift you work. The workouts are on demand, so you don’t need to stress about missing anything or being behind. As long as you check in once a week you’ll be eligible for the monthly prizes!
